Oh man, this thread is just setting a cat among the pigeons...I was so set on the G425 Max and now this Epic Max with the slider and enhanced Jail Break.

 

As an Epic Flash Sub Zero owner, I think whoever comes out first and also with the right sound, will win. EF is way too loud and I don't care to put in any hotmelt to soften it either.

Well now, that’s a surprise! I suppose the new jail break system and CG placement bring spin down considerably. Callaway Mavrik standard head is a pretty low spin head for their meat of the bell curve offering.

Thanks....as far as the 2021 Apex Pro, do you know if the stock graphite shaft is the MMT, similar to the Forged CB line?  Just trying to decide between ordering CB/MB combo or wait another 4+ months for the Pro’s.  Any insight, guidance very appreciated.

Epic Max = standard version

Epic Max LS = low spin version

Max is adjustable weight to the fade side as well So can’t see it being strictly draw biased. I think the Epic Speed is the std version with the single middle back weight.

Both fwys will be bonded from what insiders have reported.  Not sure about the hybrid but I’m assuming it will be bonded too.
