2021 Callaway Epic Speed Max - Leaked Photo

Was out in CA a few weeks ago and a master staffer with Callaway got his in. Probably the best looking Callaway driver I’ve ever seen! More of a pear shape and bit as elongated.

Hit this couple weeks ago Epic Max , picked up 15 yards carry , sounds and feels better then previous Epic Flash which I never liked

I don’t think they’ve ever offered a 12* in that model. Usually just 9* and 10.5*

Glad to hear this, probably just grab a MAX , still hitting the 2016 GBB, this one has the slider, and surely has to sound and feel better than the Flash

I believe it was indicated the Max LS is the replacement for the SZ, but the Epic Speed 🔹🔹🔹looks like the new SZ to me.

ooh, seeing the picture of the TD is making me second guess my Mavrik TD that I played with for the first time today. I have no idea how they could improve on the Mavrik TD, it's the best driver I've ever used. even then, I'd have to see significant gains to switch.

I think it has to do with the lie angle differences.  I’ve discovered in the last few months that I’m very sensitive to lie angle, even in my woods. Probably one of the reasons I’ve never had sustained success with TM woods.

 

My M6 3wd was a hook machine unless I gripped down so it sat levelish.  Impact moved to the middle, way less hooks.  Got a Mavrik SZ and can play it at stock length no problem.  Waiting till Tuesday for my EFSZ to get here to see if I see the same effect with the driver but I suspect I will.

Not sure about the Sim max, but to me the Sim plays so square off not slightly open.
