I am having a hard time figuring out which clubs to play. I am having a battle between the F9 irons and the G425, and a battle between the 425 U wedge and the glide, and a battle with the 425 5 wood and the Epic Max 5 wood, and the Toulon Columbus and Itsy Bitsy Monza. They all have there positives and negatives. really struggling with this.

Good time to post this. I am sitting here thinking about which irons I'm going to play today. I've been playing my G410 irons. They are point and shoot but for some reason they are a club shorter than my other three iron sets. I know it is just a number on the club but I can't seem to get over that. I'll pull out one of my other sets, play them a round, hit them farther but think man the Pings are spot on most of the time. Maybe it is a shaft issue in the Pings. I have the AWT 2.0. I like everything about the shaft. I have the same ball flight as my other irons. The ball stops better on the greens with the Pings. In the end though I have to play an extra club.

At least there is no issue with my driver and fairways. The is no doubt what I am playing this yr. is an upgrade.

I've been playing my G2i Craz-e putter since I bought it new when it first came out.

Problems fixed if u play alternating clubs from different sets. Your problem with choosing which set to play is solved but your distances might be messed. 😂

lol can you imagine rolling up to the first tee box and seeing some guy playing 4, 6, 8, P in one set and 3, 5, 7, 9 in another... that'd be hilarious

Your probably have a hard time figuring out which set to play because you score the same with either set. And you are hoping that one of them will magically shave 5 strokes off your game one day and that just hasnt happened yet.

Yups because obviously the two sets are not the perfect set. So only buying more sets to find the perfect set is the way to go.

always the equipment’s fault and not the user

It's always the clubs.😄

There isn't that big of difference between top quality clubs ... as long as you're fitted and hitting the proper specs, the clubs are going to perform about the same. Bouncing back and forth isn't going to help. Pick one set and stick with it.

Looks like you've escaped your #FirstWorldProblems (expert analysis by Dr. @BallerNate)

Several years ago, I replaced my irons for the first time in 14 years. ... in part was going from stiff back to lighter regular shafts.

What I found:

  1.  Most of the major OEMs made a set of irons I could play, as long as it had the right shaft in it.
  2. When you see the launch monitor data, there's usually a close tie. To break the tie, go with the club(s) that give you the most confidence as you address the ball.

But, you figured things out on your own. Drive on, WRXer!
