If I remember right he usually uses a face balanced blade. I think the huge offset makes it play more face Balanced rather then with some toe hang.

The extreme slant neck is for face balance and to help with forward press. Ping did it back in the day with Anser, Zing, and Pal heads.

If you haven’t tried it, it’s worth a look. I find it helps with distance control.

Wow, first pro I've seen use the AreoTech TiFiber in their driver. Might have to break it out again and give it another try.
