New Titleist Woods 2020/2021

I love my TS2 with Fujikura Pro 2.0!

Any news on what lofts will be offered in the FW woods?  I hope there are good 7 wood options.

From the pics that Ian P posted, the tsi3 looks like they are back their roots on the shape.  Has that 975 look to it, hope they go back to more of that shaping moving forward.  They definitely have my attention.  Wish they would have also gone back to the dci triangle for the alignment on the crown.  I’m in regardless.  The progress they are showing in design is great!

 

Currently bagging the ts3 and it has been an awesome performer.  Not worried about the headcovers as I never use OEM covers.  Also, the tinny sound some are referring to is easy to fix.  I actually think the sound of the ts line is much better than previous.

No TSi3 7 wood. 
 

TSi2: 13.5, 15, 16.5, 18, 21 in RH and LH

Good to see a 7 wood in left hand.  They didn’t offer that one with the TS2.

 New TSi3 weight looks much simpler and improved over current system. I’m still enjoying the TS3, but looking forward to see if new weighting can improve CG, ball speed er, and MOI.

It looks as deep as TS3 to me. I played TM drivers for about the past 10 years and that's what made me switch to TS3 this year was the deeper face. SIM was so shallow and

Yeah I can’t stand that look either. And the way the paint rolls over the face makes it look even shallower. I had the TS3 and it was fairly deep faced but I’m talking like my old R580 DEEP! I haven’t seen a recent driver with as deep of a face as the old r580. That’s what I’m hoping for.

The 'TSI' alignment aid is a 'BIG NO' for me. You can mess around with sole of the club, but please leave the crown alone. Sad to see that looks wise Titleist is moving away from their roots of a more classic looking club. I am Titleist fan boy, but the looks of these does not interest me.

I was thinking the same thing, loving the shapes so far. That was one thing that kept me away from the TS driver line was not being wild about the shape at address. People can say what they want about this being techier looking or "straying from their roots" too much, but IMO the shape is a big part of that, and if they are more "traditional Titleist" in that regard then everything else is just icing. Really curious about the face too and what the story will be there.

I’ve been searching for a true pear shaped driver since the Launcher 400. And I do remember the grey metallic 975D.  TaylorMade did a better job withe SIM but I agree the face is too small

What are you talking about? They've stuck to 2 year release cycles for everything except for their hybrids when they switched them to launch with their irons, realized that nobody bought hybrids with irons even though that makes sense, then switched back to launch them with woods. It's actually been 2+ years since the TS woods came out.

One thing I always loved about Titleist woods was that the top was free of "garbage". Very traditional in colors, shape and appearance.

 

That ends with the TSi, to me. That TSi branding as an alignment aid is as bad as anything I have ever seen. Keep the arrow!

@TomBomb51 100% agree. I’d be all for trying these out if it wasn’t for that ugly tsi alignment aid. What’s wrong with the old arrow?! As someone said earlier, do whatever you need to do to the rest of the head, but for lord’s sake Titleist, leave the crown alone!

Whilst, I would definitely prefer the arrow like we have had in previous releases, the alignment aid is not putting me up nor down.

I'll have a hard time not picking up both, after all it will be about  4 months between the TSi release and the G425 release.

Valid point!! I’m going to try my best to hold off until Spring to grab one or the other. It gets cold around November here so it would be pointless for me to buy a new driver to sit inside for 4 months. Should give me plenty of time to see how others are getting along with both as well!

I’m a TS3 player today, but I love the look of TSi2 (both driver and fw) so far! Hope it won’t be too stretched behind the ball. 

 

I heard it will be something uncooked in white and blue as a stock offering!! Can't wait!!

I like the moveable rear weight on the TSi3 driver and the moveable dole weight on the TSi3 Fairway-kinda like the M5 fairway sole plate.
