Titleist 917D2 12*.  Diamana DF 60X.  Playing as a 2W.  I hit high draws with this club and low fades with my TS3.  Lets me attack doglegs in either direction, plus play into or with the wind.

 

I don't carry a fairway wood - 16.5* Mizuno MMC Fli-Hi (KBS C-Taper Light 115X) is the next club in my bag.

U510 1 iron (16*) with a Ventus Blue 9X (I love this)

3 iron, 4, etc...

 

Last year:

TS2 9.5* with EvenFlow White 60/6.5

U510 1 iron (16*) with HZRDUS Smoke Black 80/6.0 (I hated this)

 

I haven't carried a 3 or 5 wood for years... I've never been a hybrid person either. I really like the utility approach with the right shaft set up. I haven't totally gelled with the TSi3 but I won it, so why not? Still have the TS2.

Wow there is some serious Titleist love. 

I have massively resisted the urge to demo them. Going to stick to my Mavrik Subs since they didnt get used much last year due to COVID.

Well i’m sticking with my trusty Nike Covert 11.5* kuro kage stiff shaft in neutral setting. 
 

and for my woods my Nike Vapor Fly (blue ones) in 3W (16*) and 5W (20*) both with Tensei shafts. 
 

wont be switching them unless i either win a competition to win a new driver or the break (god forbid)

No changes for me this year:-

 

Driver - Titleist TS3 8.5* Project X Even Flow T1100

3 Wood - Titleist 915Fd 15* Aldila Rogue Black 

 

I have chopped and changed the shaft in my driver since getting it between the Even Flow and a Diamana D+ which had been an old faithful since 2013 but towards the end of last year, something just didn’t feel right with it any longer. I am not sure if is me or the shaft but something just seemed off and my ball striking with the driver fell off the charts. I popped the Even Flow back in. I hadn’t been sold on it before then but this time it seemed like flipping a switch and I cannot see myself switching shaft with this head again. Ordinarily, I would have looked at going down the TSi route with them having come out but I am all mature now and don’t see the benefit 😂

 

Fairway wood wise, the 915Fd is not going anywhere. It took me nearly 20 years of playing golf to find a 3 wood that I loved. Having found it, it is not going anywhere. One of the most dependable clubs in my bag, does all the jobs that I need it to do and all in a package that is perfect to my eye.

• I don't see myself changing head this season, but I may experiment with a shaft or two and go to 44 or 44.5" playing length again. 

 

Callaway Mavrik 4W 16.5* with Aldila Rogue White 130 MSI 70 S - 43.25"

• This one is safe. Might shorten to 42.75" if the shorter driver experiment goes well.

Put a different shaft in the driver this year, we'll see if that holds off a change.  Went back to a faithful Diamana S+ 60X

We live in good times knowing clubs from several years ago really don't give up much of anything then the '21s 🙂

I'm in the process of selling off the 2 drivers and several shafts I currently have (none of which are fitted lol) And then investing in a fitting and hopefully find a setup second hand that will fit the recommendations. 

 

Fairway is gonna stay, ol reliable 16* cobra baffler t rail, with the stock made for GD tour AD shaft, 60-S.
