I know it's all opinionated, but Bryson get's on my last nerve. Seems like a "dish it out, but can't take it" kind of guy. I think the tipping point for me is when he won at Bay Hill, the first thing he did on camera was go into a script thanking all of his sponsors by name. I'm sure it's happened, but I can't remember the last time I heard a pro do it that blatantly.

Never heard Tiger lift a trophy and say: "I'd like to thank Rolex, Monster Energy, Hero, Nike, Taylormade, Penthouse, Perkins Diner, and Trojan."

Not an absolute huge fan of BK either, but I do enjoy watching him play more.

That said, I don't think either of them care what I (or any of us think).

What a bizarre reason to hate a guy.  He's recognizing his sponsors which I'm sure they appreciate.  How in the world is this a big deal?

Like I said in my post, it’s all opinionated. I also don’t recall once saying “I hate the guy”.

I simply stated my opinion, in which there are plenty of folks like yourself that would disagree with me, and that’s fine.

My post was mainly based around the fact that there are no other high profile players who rattle off their sponsors on camera after a win. It didn’t sound genuine, it sounded mandated.

I think BC is an immense talent/force on tour, hence why he’s in contention today at a major championship.

However, in no way am I required to admire him as a person. I think he’s a twit.

Cheers, mate. Glad I offended you.

He sounded grateful to those who helped him get there.   It sure is refreshing to hear about all those behind the scenes who make the dream happen for many out there on the tours.

In that case, I’d like to thank Michelob Ultra for helping me obtain my Dad Bod. Couldn’t have done it without them.

Let’s clarify. Am I correct in saying that a couple weeks ago him and his caddy were pointing guys out to security that were saying Brooksie so they could be removed from the venue. Now he loves it and takes it as a compliment… 🙄 Pleeezzz

Looks to me he showed how he REALLY felt about it before getting coached on it by his team.

No, you are not correct.  He was pointing out guys who were yelling DURING HIS BACKSWING, which every tour player would do.

Both of these guys are basically unbearable.  You can be a class act and win tournaments, there's plenty of examples.  The childish behavior of these two isn't good for the game, isn't even a rivalry, it's just a pathetic example of the current self absorbed generation.

Every time they give an interview it's totally ridiculous.  Brooks always looks like he just smelled a fart and couldn't be jerkier.  Bryson is always rambling on about how every shot he hits is perfect and he only loses because of bad breaks.  It's mental.

I think after Sunday's performance by Bryson & Brooks.....they should both just shut up.

This. They’re both as funny as a colonoscopy and the whole thing smells staged.

The Rahm interview right after he won was a breath of fresh air. Genuine emotion, not an agenda or playing a role for the media. Made me like the guy a lot, and realize how pathetic the whole B&B thing looks when they’re not winning.

Prior to this whole drama between the two I was more of a Koepka fan.  I liked his pace of play better and just in general his approach to the game. DeChambeau was a painfully slow player (still slow now but noticeably improved) and too robotically technical.  DeChambeau is definitely a quirky guy and I totally get how that can come across as annoying, but Koepka's response to it and feeling the need to constantly talk about it in interviews is starting to get more annoying.  I don't think there is anything wrong with a rivalry between players in golf.  Rivalries build intrigue, especially amongst the casual/in passing fan.  However, this is has all the feels of a forced reality TV, trivial feud moreso than a competitive rivalry.  I've definitely soured more on Koepka because he seems to be the one continuing to drive this silly feud.
