If Tiger doesn't tee up for any tournament he absolutely doesn't win.  His goal is always to win a tournament but he has to tee it up in order to do that.  Being that he's in his 40s he should tee it up in every major if he's able.  The question is whether he is able to at the 2022 Masters.  I definitely wouldn't bet against him.  His determination and will to compete through injury is something very few golfers have ever possessed.  Ben Hogan comes to mind.
