Here’s what I’ve noticed 

drivers:

TSi2 - going down in loft by 1/2*
TSi3 - going up by 1/2*
 

fairways:

TSi2 - going down in loft from 16.5* to 15*
TSi3 - going up from 15* to 16.5*
 

This is in direct relation to spin and ball speed retention

November 12th is the official day they can be displayed in retail.   So Thursday.

I went up in loft with my TSi3. At 9* it was launching lower than my EF SZ does at 9*. The 10* loft with the AD IZ 7x hit the right windows. 

 

My fitter at TPI said most people were moving into the higher loft w/ the TSi3

Got fitted for a 10 degree TSI3 with the GD AD Di6S on October 23rd. Just called in to check the status and apparently the shaft is out of stock. Estimate was 3-4 more weeks.

The good thing with that means you will get the 2020 version of Tour AD DI shaft with new graphics. 
 

They emptied the storage with the old shafts first, so now you will get the new one.

For me since this was my first ever fitting, I went down 1.5* (bought a 9* TSi2) but that was also a result of playing an incorrect loft to begin with for all these years.

I have this same setup with IZ 7x at 10 deg. So nice!

 

Got it up against a Proto but TSi3 is undoubtedly more appealing.

Same story. 9.5 TS3 to 10 TSi3 with ADIZ 7X.

I went from 9.5* in TS3 to 9* SIM (10* measured loft) to 9* TSi3.  Thought about going 10* at C1, but 9* at B1 has been pretty stellar thus far.

Went from 10.5 TS4 w/ ADBB 7x to 10 TSi3 w/ Ventus Blue 7x and it was noticeably lower today at the range. And the sound.. wow.

I received my Driver and three wood yesterday with these shafts; mine have the new graphics. Hopefully you get it sooner than the date quoted.

I liked the TS4 driver best last year.  Last year it was best of titleist.  Never bagged it though.  We popped the TS4 in during my fitting of TSi3 and it was lower and better spin, better everything than TS4....shape of TS4 was off.  TSi3 is such a nice shape and sound for a driver is best of titleist, ever.  (Favorite of all time sound is the only Callaway I ever gamed, the epic sub zero, gave up after breaking 2 of them...)  anyway ping and titleist woods since then and forever...

Eww, I have the sub zero now and want Titleist or Sim sound.

It will be interesting for sure.  Not sure how the 4 will fit in with the 3 at this point. Will it really be less spin, probably just less forgiving...but I'll still try it!

It will have a smaller foot print which is appealing.

Got fitted for a TSi3 last Saturday at a Titleist fitting day.  Received an email from Titleist today that it's being built.  Not bad turnaround time.  Shouldn't be too tough a build with a stock shaft at stock length.  Hopefully I'll get it next week.

I tested with both the Tsi3 & Tsi2, and I went up to 9* from 8.5*. TSi3, was perfect in all #'s except for my dispersion, it wasn't nearly as tight as with the TSi2.. Absolutely loved the TSi3 and may pick one up later on, but the TSi2 was simply point&Shoot for me, and I can't stand pissing away strokes due to poor drives.

I have the KK 50g R  I didn't need really the higher launch but the lighter weight and it just seemed to fit me well.
