Only Dj's is...the head cover features "SPIN TECH" if you hit the ball with it on, it will lower spin by 2000rpms also increases swing weight by 100pts D4 = N4 swing weight...just off the scale!

Hopefully the Sim2 comes out quicker because waiting on a warranty replacement for the SIM is gonna take forever.

Barely any stock on remaining SIMs if any.

I haven't read many of the posts here but heard from local guy the fairway wood is flatter and doesn't sit closed like the original sim.  Excited to hit this as I haven't like a TM fairway wood since m2 tour years back.  I'm thinking this with an Aldila Rogue 110 70X sounds $$

I've been waiting on a SIM 10.5* replacement for a month and a half, and was told I should receive the replacement no later than November 23rd (Monday). I have yet to receive any update or tracking number.

 

Should I expect that I won't have a replacement driver anytime soon? How much longer should I go playing without a driver before I give up and go to another manufacturer?

I'll bet a custom fitted Sim 2.0 that within the first 10 comments once you post pics someone says it's ugly and hates the color scheme.

I can't say for sure, but i'd bet the tip stays the same in terms of compatibility given that has been the case for the last 6 years.

I’m suspecting there will be more reliance on the shaft sleeve settings given the lack of weight adjustability on the SIM 2.0.

TaylorMade needs to change their shaft adapter so that it doesn’t rotate the shaft when you make a change. It’s very annoying to have your grip and/or shaft graphics misaligned when you make a change.

One of the main reasons I’ve been using Callaway woods the past couple of years, because they don’t have that issue.

To actually contribute to the topic, if the renders I saw on Instagram are accurate and do the club any justice, I wasn't a fan of what I saw (which was only the bottom of the clubhead). If the G425 LST can match my current SIM (which I have no idea if I'll even get that replacement head now), I'd switch to it on looks alone.

Monday Nov 23 starts the new 2021 equipment season. For those in the Southeast part of the US,  I think they might stumble on new photo shoot or two if they know the traditional spots and see some major player lineup changes!!
