Not sure what platform that is on, but whenever I've run into a dead heat situation in the past, the pool is divided by the # of players.

 

IE: If the original payout was $1000, it would now be $500. As 2 players were tied for the lead at EOD.

He still didn’t really putt that great today somehow - but it was a much better performance than he’s been having for sure. His tee to green game was excellent.  2nd in SG off the tee and 5th in SG tee to green for the day. 
 

If he can keep the tee to green game up his putting can continue to be just decent. But I’m guessing he’ll need some heat from the putter if he’s gonna stick around the top ten and make it to the BMW. I guess he had a new putter in the bag today.

He's 84 and barely scrapes by in an apartment now. The tour pension wasn't what it is now.

I believe that was early in the round, Scottie was a bit pissed at that point. He was what +4 after 6 holes? I really think the twitter world is making more out of it than it was. If there were not the Cam rumors flying around, this wouldn't be discussed had it happened.

I think he walked in front of CS, instead of around him, but not stepping on the putting line. And was CS on the opposite side of the hole from his ball as well?

He honestly looked distracted, I don't think it was intentional in any way. It's a non-issue that only became a talking point because of the cam smith rumors

I am completely dumbfounded by anyone that thinks that Scheffler did what he did as some sort of slight to Cam Smith for heading off where he seems to be. Seems like to me that there are some websites out there that are so desperate for clicks that they posted clips of what happened with a claim as to why it happened as seemingly being fact. Pathetic click bait and nothing else.

Ummm, except that high five was EARLIER in the round, not after he walked in front of Smith which was either obliviously rude of him or an intentional low class move.  Do you think Scheffler would have done that if it was Tiger Woods?  Highly doubtful.  All one needs to do is look at the look of disbelief on Cam Smith's face when Scheffler did that...which says it all IMO.  Regardless of Scheffler's intentions, it was careless in the very least and at most, it was incredibly unprofessional and classless.  And I really like Scheffler.  Ya, he was playing like trash, and maybe he was frustrated and distracted, but he is a pro.  Should be better than that and show his playing partner a little more courtesy and consideration.
