Did those clowns really post a picture of the driver on their page?

They're a bunch of flaming idiots over there. I expect no less. Taylormade won't play their games and give everyone all expense trips to Carlsbad for exclusives so they have no real skin in the game...or morals either. Stupidity at its best.

But I heard that website wasn’t biased towards any OEM’s? 😂😂😂 place is gonna go under once the checks stop coming in from Callaway and Cobra.

Saw the newer pic... better than the first batch of mock ups. Even as a current sim owner, I kind of dig it.  But in all reality it just looks like a sim max without the chrome and tweaked colors. That said, something about it doesn’t looks quite as premium as the original. If this is the flagship driver I just don’t see how it commands $550.

I think it looks pretty cool. Big fan of the blue.

There is a pic of the driver in hand available, not the rendering.

It’s still up too.

Interesting, I feel pretty mixed on this one. The whole layout of the sole kinda gives me a headache, so many things that don't line up with each other or are offcentered. Tons of carbon too, so I imagine that back weight is going to be heavier with the weight that has been freed up. If they actually manage to keep the CG as low as the SIM but increase the MOI then it will definitely be a winner performance wise. If it follows the same pattern they've been doing since the SLDR though then it will be little trade-offs instead of objective improvements.

The changes to the Speed Injection and the all carbon sole are definitely promising from a discretionary weight standpoint though, should be interesting.

Lot of carbon fiber on this club and interesting to see that they have gotten rid of or significantly reduced the movable weight options. Might be a better thing for actually building a better club but I would think that would hurt off the shelf sales from the average Joe who just walks in and buys a club after hitting 10 balls in the fitting bay.

4 mph of ball speed seem quite a lot in this day of optimized faces.

Thought I noticed that the face screws are gone. If I'm right then I think that would mean speedfoam is no more on the SIM, which would be a good thing because that mechanism inside the head broke after less than a year of playing the driver for me.

Dont know if its true but someone said it has been removed from the face and put in the toe.. 🤷‍♂️

Outperformed in ball speed by 4 mph average, height (15 feet more), carry (because of height), and better spin numbers for optimal launch.

All improved by simply using the wrench to swap heads.

What does it look like at address? If you’ve really it hit you could provide us with an accurate description the top of the club.

Agreed. 4 mph of ball speed is huge. Especially for a club that's already at the CT limit....maybe I could see 4 mph measured at one specific spot on the face that was less than optimal before but 4 mph across the board is hard to fathom in a year to year update.

Couldn't agree more, it's the first thing I thought when I saw this picture.  The "lines" of the driver mess with my eyes, it 100% looks off centered.  It definitely looks like the flow goes from back weight, which seems to be centered, and then over so slightly starts to drift lower towards the heel / hosel screw as you move towards the face.  One would think you want the mass of that forward weight to be behind the impact point on the face.

I agree a lot going on, A lot of Carbon Fiber, but all that matters to me is face depth.  If it's as shallow as the SIM series is likely a hard pass.

Isn't that the point of WRX

No.  The pictures posted are from people who break Non Disclosure Agreements to not leak photos.  Posting them here is promoting behavior that TM does not want.  GolfWRX has a relationship with TM that they want to keep, and they delete the photos for legal reasons.  Not that hard to understand.  The “spy” photos is misleading.
