I think Brooks is super douchy but also find it pretty funny. People always complain that no one in golf has personality and they all say the same stuff in interviews, etc. Along comes Brooks and now people complain about him, too. Love him or hate him, there's no one else remotely like him on the PGA Tour.

Thats true, Brooks certainly the focus here. Still see a number of people dropping in just to express their distaste for Bryson, so I’d say I’m justified in dropping in for the opposite reason.

Several people walk by in the clip. At least 10 people are in the frame at different times and I counted 3 other people walk directly behind him on the same path as BAD, BAD also isn't the first.

 

They've got the camera setup so that it's inevitable, and it happens all the time in on-site interviews like that. They set up in high traffic areas so that guys will stop and talk to them. If he's that bothered by this imagine what happens if you cut him off in traffic.

 

He could have stopped and waited, but he also could have been in a hurry, and either way he was walking through an area that wasn't blocked and was open to foot traffic. 

 

One persons footsteps making you that angry is pretty funny to me. If he gets cut off in traffic does he kick his dog when he gets home?

Actually, the questions asked are pretty inane, over & over, the same questions everyday.  I think the players just answer the same things just to get through the interview (which they probably don't want to do anyway).

They are really just mirror versions of each other. I am a fan of both. Bryson tries too hard at trying too hard. Brooks tries too hard to look like he is not trying at all..

I used to like Brooks, now he's just a shade above Reed in my book. I liked his game and how he was gritty, had a chip on his shoulder. Proving guys like Chamblee wrong about him, I enjoyed that.

 

Then came the success, and that chip started to sound like him playing a victim card or some other BS for everything that went wrong. Feuds with supposed friends like DJ, the fight at the Ryder cup, calling DJ out all arrogant "what's he have, like one of these". It all just started to add up, maybe this guy is just a d!vk.

 

Now all this knee nonsense, it's for show. The dude wants all the attention on him, the world has to revolve around him. I've said this before, but down at Augusta he's struggling to get down and read putts because he can't get down on his knee. Well, a week or so earlier there were pictures of him down on that knee. Pure drama queen. Now blaming the crowd for his knee. Yeah, walking through 20 yards of fans, that's what did it. Had nothing to do with 72 holes at Kiawah swinging all out drivers against the doctors orders. Just, give me a break dude.

Brooks is a very impressive golfer, but not an impressive person.

I react the same way when I hear people start saying "I'm going to try single length irons" Haha. Brooks definitely doesn't like him.

Entertaining stuff.  Rivalry? Feud?  Give me a break.  A feud is when a batter steps into the box ready to charge the mound if the pitch is even the slightest inside because he got hit before.  A golf feud? Seriously?  Only in twitterverse or podcast land, or other media driven events does two primadonna millionaire golfers trading lame barbs qualify as a feud.

 

I'm sure they aren't besties, but they are not exactly avoiding the buffet line so they don't have to see each other.  No one really hates a fellow tour player, there enough money to go around to all of them.

 

The only thing exciting if these two are paired up is if they go 65 vs 66.  If they both limp in with 71s, what a yawn.
