still game my original White Hot #2 from time to time, no insert since has even been remotely as good. 

 

double wide with new OG White hot insert might be the best combo ever.

Thanks for posting.  Curious if they will have the same feel.  As I understand the inserts are not made in the same factory that the original inserts were made.  Formulation should be the same, no rocket science here.

It looks like the smaller 7 head which is a bummer. White hot pro 7 was the big head which is way more stable.

Agreed, looks like Odyssey has listened on some level. Glad they have a steel shaft option, have gone to what every freakin pro wants the White Hot Insert. And YES in a perfect world there would be a Rossie, but nobody's perfect; a #5 will do just fine. 

 

Put me down for a #5, steel shaft as soon as I can order one!

I was never a fan of the white hot insert. Way to soft for me.. But I know it was popular.

Still enjoy using my 2006 white hot #6 long slant neck when the greens are slow.  No other blade putter moves the ball so easily as that insert.

Too bad there won't be a 7H model with a top line as opposed to the dots. A 330 mallet would have been sweet too but going back to this insert is a step in the right direction.
